Our handmade linen dress, ELANA, is an ideal choice for women: basic a-line silhouette, square neckline with sleeves and pleated bottom, very feminine, comfortable, and exquisite with lovely wild flowers that are completely hand-embroidered. Handmade in our studio to your own measurements and wishes, with a wide range of color options.

?CUSTOM
ﾨC Free customization for design alterations to the neck, sleeves, fit style, and the dress length, which is mid-calf with a maximum of 47 inches (119 cm). If it exceeds this length, we will charge an extra cost.
ﾨC You can request to customize the hand-embroidery; the cost may vary, so please send a message.
?SIZE
ﾨC Petite, Regular, Plus Size – Each dress is custom made on individual basis. We really love making dresses for various sizes – from petite to plus size and more.
ﾨC If you are not sure which size to choose from our size chart, please select Custom size and provide your measurements of bust, waist, hip & height.
?NOTES
ﾨC If you can’t find a linen color you love, do let us know, as we have many other fabrics that we cannot show you all.
ﾨC With many years of tailoring and manual tailoring method, we will certainly make the clothing fit you perfectly, if we are given complete and accurate measurements of your body. So donﾡﾯt hesitate to leave me a note with your measurements (bust, waist, hip and height) while making a purchase.
ﾨC If you’re not sure what size to get, please tell us your height and current garment size (for example, 6 US women/36.5 UK and 5ft3).
ﾨC To make sure we have made the correct measurements according to the measurements you provide, we always check and include a detailed note when sending the items to you. We are not responsible if you select the incorrect size or provide incorrect measurements. Thank you for your understanding.

ﾨC Each order will be provided with a tracking number for your convenience in tracking the shipping process

?CARE FOR LINEN
Hand washing is strongly advised for natural fabric clothing, particularly embroidered items. Machine washable, please follow these instructions:
ﾨC On cold water, run a gentle cycle. In the case of embroidered items, to protect the embroidery, turn the item inside out.
ﾨC Use a laundry bag. Avoid washing the item with other clothing that may cause damage, such as zippers, if it is embroidered.
ﾨC Do not shrink too much. Allow the item to air dry if possible.
ﾨC Iron it on a medium-high setting, inside out. Avoid using steam on embroidered clothing and placing the iron directly on the embroidered area. Instead, iron on the reverse side or press the embroidery with a pressing cloth.
?PACKAGE
ﾨC Used cartons may be used to package products (and not with our logo). To reduce waste, we intend to reuse these boxes. Please contact us if you have any special packing needs.
ﾨC Gift wrapping is available. If required, a message will be included.

This is a made-to-measure order, so every sale is final. We only accept returns under the following conditions:

ﾨC Items have not been washed or used, and all tags and labels are still attached.
ﾨC Products are shipped to Vietnam according to our studio address (Ha Noi, Vietnam)
ﾨC Products are returned to us as soon as they are delivered within 14 days.
